Fixed Fee
This is the minimum allowed fixed fee in ADA, and is subtracted from the rewards pool prior to distribution to delegators. This fee helps pay for operational costs of the stake pool.

This represents the financial commitment (in ADA) of stake pool owners to the ADAR enterprise. Pools with higher pledge have an improved likelihood of earning rewards. Having 'skin in the game' incentivizes stake pool operators to perform.

This is the percent of rewards distributed to stake pool operators and owners, and represents a fair compensation for the amount of energy, time, and expertise required to operate and market a stake pool.

BACKGROUND
In my professional life, I manage infrastructure (in-house physical as well as cloud) which includes linux servers, deployed software, databases, and specialized crypto domain hardware. I can see clearly the enormous opportunity and transformative possibilities inherent in the Cardano platform. Running a stake pool is an opportunity to leverage my professional domain skillsets and endeavor to promote the promise of Cardano.
